Your Nights in Noto signature drink transports you to the dreamy nights of Noto bathed in magical moonlight. Your drink for an unforgettable evening with friends and family. Start by squeezing half a lemon over a shaker. Add the leaves of half a bunch of basil and crush with a mortar. Now add your gin and add 5 cl gin and 1 cl sugar syrup to your mixture and shake the drink thoroughly.

Pour your drink through a sieve into a decorative glass with ice cubes and place 1-2 mint leaves in the drink for a beautiful presentation.
